A young Palestinian girl has made an emotional appeal to the Arab countries, expressing her exhaustion and frustration with the ongoing Israeli military offensive in the Gaza Strip.
"We are fed up, O world, we are fed up," she said while speaking on behalf of all Palestinian children and youth who "have grown weary of the devastating conflict".
She questioned the actions of Israel and the inaction of Arab nations, asking if their suffering pleased them.
"Enough, enough. What are the Jews doing to us? And the Arab nations watching us. Does our suffering please them?
"And you Arabs, I don't know what to say about you. Children are dying under the rubble, their hands are severed, their legs are torn, their heads are crushed. To every Arab and foreigner who sees us, What blood runs in your veins? From what clay you are made?"
She condemned the silence of Arab and foreign nations, asking if they would remain quiet if their own children faced similar suffering.
"If your own child faced this, would you stay silent?"
The victim girl also vowed not to forgive those responsible for their sufferings in the besieged enclave.
"I have one thing to say: I will not forgive you, Neither in this life nor in the next, and I will ask my Lord not to forgive you either. This is the last word I say to you."
Israel has intensified its military offensive in the Gaza Strip. Almost 39,700 Palestinians have been killed since October 7, 2023, mostly women and children, and over 91,700 injured.
Over 10 months into the Israeli war, vast tracts of Gaza lie in ruins amid a crippling blockade of food, clean water, and medicine.
Israel stands accused of genocide at the International Court of Justice, which ordered it to immediately halt its military operation in the southern city of Rafah, where more than 1 million Palestinians had sought refuge from the war before it was invaded on May 6.
