US President Donald Trump issued a stark warning to Iran’s leadership amid the ongoing conflict with Israel, claiming that the whereabouts of Iran’s Supreme Leader are known to US intelligence.

“We know exactly where the so-called ‘Supreme Leader’ is hiding. He is an easy target, but he’s safe there—for now. We’re not going to take him out, at least not at this moment,” Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social.

However, Trump cautioned that continued attacks on civilians or American military personnel would test Washington’s restraint. “We don’t want missiles fired at civilians or American soldiers. Our patience is wearing thin. Thank you for your attention to this matter!” he added.

Earlier, Trump claimed that "we now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran" despite the US forces having not announced direct engagement in the Israel-Iran war.

"Iran had good sky trackers and other defensive equipment, and plenty of it, but it doesn't compare to American made, conceived, and manufactured 'stuff.' Nobody does it better than the good ol' USA," Trump wrote in a social media post.

Meanwhile, the US military is deploying more fighter aircraft to the Middle East and extending the deployment of other warplanes, bolstering US military forces in the region as the war between Israel and Iran rages, three US officials said.
