The Iraqi authorities boosted security around the US and the other foreign embassies in Baghdad on Tuesday after drone strikes on military bases housing American forces.
The development comes just after the US Taji military base in north Baghdad was hit on Tuesday by a drone attack.
According to Iranian and Iraqi media, the Victory Base Complex in Baghdad, along with the Balad and Imam Ali bases, also came under attack.
Reuters reported that an unidentified drone attacked an army radar at Iraq's Taji military base, located north of Baghdad, according to the Iraqi state news agency early Tuesday, citing a military official.
The commander of Baghdad's operations confirmed that no casualties were reported.

The Associated Press news agency quoted a senior US military official, stating that the reports of an attack on a US forces base in Iraq are contrary to the truth that is being spread after the Iranian missile was downed, heading to the target, Israel.
Al-Jazeera reported that security has been increased around the US and other countries' Embassies in Baghdad, as their security forces have been deployed in and around the Green Zone.
Notably, Iraq has been reporting marches, rallies, and demonstrations for over a week against attacks on Iran. The protesters continuously urged the authorities not to allow another country to conduct attacks on Iran by using Iraqi airspace.
Earlier, the Iranian strikes hit the US forces' stations in Qatar, which it described as retaliation against the US strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites.
