Israeli air strikes hit the media operation of Yemen’s Houthi rebels on Wednesday, killing at least nine people and wounding another 118, the group said, just a day after Israel carried out an attack on Doha, the Qatari capital to eliminate the Hamas leadership involved in talks to end the aggression in Gaza.

The Houthis said in a statement that the latest Israeli strikes on Yemen’s capital Sanaa and Jawf province had resulted in the killing of at least nine people.

“The death toll has reached nine martyrs and 118 wounded in a preliminary tally as civil defence, ambulances and rescue teams are still searching for the missing,” Houthi health ministry spokesman Anees Alasbahi posted on X in a thread in Arabic.

The unending Israeli aggression across Middle East comes amid the plans to establish “Greater Israel” at a time when US President Donald Trump wants all the Middle East states to join the Abraham Accords.

The State of Qatar has strongly condemned what it described as a “cowardly Israeli attack” that struck residential headquarters in Doha housing members of the Hamas political bureau.

In an official statement, Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs called the strike a “criminal assault” and a “blatant violation of international laws and norms,” warning that it posed a dangerous threat to the security and safety of Qatari citizens and residents.
