A photo of a female Israeli soldier posing inside a destroyed mosque amid the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) attack on Lebanon sparked outrage on social media.

The image, a Quds News Network on X, showed the soldier sitting on a chair in the wreckage of the mosque, dressed in her military uniform and holding a gun.

Numerous videos and images have surfaced online, revealing instances of Israeli soldiers displaying their hatred toward Muslims by desecrating their holy sites and mocking the destruction of homes in both Palestine and Lebanon.

One video circulating online showed Israeli soldiers playing the piano inside a demolished home in southern Lebanon.

The Lebanese resident of the house identified her property in the footage and expressed her outrage over how Israeli forces have reduced her home to rubble.

“This wasn’t just walls and a roof. This was years of my family’s dreams, sacrifices and love built into a sanctuary,” she wrote in an Instagram post

Al Jazeera recently released an investigative documentary that identified Israeli soldiers who shared their reckless and ridiculing behavior on social media after bombing Palestinians.

The video evidence in the documentary also exposed brutal torture being inflicted on Palestinian hostages, with Israeli soldiers physically abusing them while they were stripped naked.

IDF soldiers looted Palestinian homes, destroyed furniture, and devastated entire infrastructure to eliminate any chance of rebuilding life in the Gaza Strip.
