Britain has announced strict action against employers who provide jobs on fake visas.
According to British media, those who violate the laws could face a ban on recruiting employees from overseas.
A British newspaper reported that cases of fake visa sponsorship have increased fivefold.
On the other hand, from Wednesday, 25 February, new regulations will come into effect in the UK for individuals holding dual nationality. Even if they have dual citizenship, they may be denied entry into the country if they do not have a British passport.
According to media reports, dual nationals will need a visa, a British passport, or a certificate to enter the UK. If they do not have a British passport, they will require an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) or a Certificate of Entitlement.
Through the ETA, individuals can stay in the UK for up to six months to visit family members or for tourism purposes.
