A 27-year-old woman from Bulgaria, who claims to have the world’s biggest lips, has expressed her desire to further enhance them, insisting that she finds “natural beauty boring.”
Andrea Ivanova has spent over £20,000 on multiple cosmetic procedures, including lip augmentation, chin reshaping, jaw contouring, and cheekbone enhancement since 2018.
Despite undergoing several painful treatments that have significantly altered her facial appearance, she says she plans to continue.
Ivanova, who identifies as a fashion model on Instagram, said, “I like a face with many fillers, heavy and eccentric make-up. Natural beauty is boring to me.”
She added that her transformation is intentional and that she aims to completely change her look through extreme aesthetic procedures.
The social media influencer also shared a photo of herself before any cosmetic enhancements, showing a dramatic difference, including much fuller lips and a sharply contoured jawline.

In February last year, she underwent a cosmetic procedure in Germany that caused severe pain and difficulty in smiling and eating. However, she dismissed the discomfort as temporary and claimed that additional fillers would help reduce the pain.
The surgeon who performed her lip enhancement later expressed serious concern, warning that further injections could cause necrosis, a severe condition involving tissue death due to blocked blood flow.
Despite the risks, Ivanova remains determined to proceed.
“You shouldn’t judge people for their appearance, everyone has different tastes,” she said. “It makes me happy, and I plan to continue getting multiple injections in a single day.”
In an interview, she revealed that she had already received four hyaluronic acid injections and was seeking two more. However, the surgeons she consulted reportedly refused, citing life-threatening risks.
One plastic surgeon criticised Ivanova’s previous doctor, accusing them of crossing ethical boundaries and endangering the patient’s health by continuing the lip filler treatments.
