Gold price per tola rises Rs1,900 to Rs397,700 in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Saturday, tracking gains in the international market.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold per tola increased by Rs1,900 to settle at Rs397,700. Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of gold went up by Rs1,629, reaching Rs340,963.

This increase followed a decline of Rs1,000 in the per tola rate a day earlier, when prices closed at Rs395,800 on Friday.

In the international market, gold also registered an upward movement. The yellow metal was quoted at $3,759 per ounce, with a $20 premium, reflecting a gain of $19 during the day.

Meanwhile, silver prices also saw an upward revision. The rate per tola climbed by Rs105, reaching Rs4,704.
