Gold prices fall by Rs1,469 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan declined on Friday in line with a decrease in international bullion rates, according to figures released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of gold per tola fell by Rs1,469 to settle at Rs467,816 in the local market. Likewise, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs1,323, reaching Rs401,012.
The decline follows a gain recorded a day earlier, when gold prices rose by Rs1,523 per tola to close at Rs469,285.
In the international market, gold prices dropped by $14 per ounce, taking the rate to $4,453 per ounce, including a premium of $20, according to the association.
Silver prices also moved lower in the domestic market. The price of silver per tola declined by Rs67 to Rs7,730.
