A UK-based real estate developer has announced plans to launch a wellness-focused residential project, estimated to bring an investment of $35 million to Pakistan’s economy.

The project, named Diyàr, will be developed in Islamabad’s rapidly expanding Zone IV corridor. According to the company, the initiative is expected to create over 5,000 jobs during its development phase.

Aqib Hassan, the firm’s Chief Commercial Officer, said the project aims to introduce international-quality residential living standards in Pakistan.

“This marks a major step forward in bringing global-grade residential concepts to the country,” he stated.

The announcement follows the completion and handover of the company’s earlier development, One Canal Road, which it described as Pakistan’s fastest-delivered luxury project.

Commenting on a recent meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Hassan shared: “We had a constructive discussion on overseas investment and the renewed confidence of the diaspora. Pakistan’s stock market is being recognised as a turnaround story by Western media and investors. We assured the PM of our full support and will be participating in an upcoming AI summit at his invitation.”

Diyàr is being marketed as Pakistan’s first wellness-led residential development, set in the scenic Zone IV enclave along the Murree Expressway. A CDA-approved gated community just 12 minutes from Islamabad’s city centre and 45 minutes from Murree. The 250,000 square foot development aims to redefine modern living by blending biophilic design, sustainable architecture, and Blue Zone lifestyle principles.

“This isn’t just another luxury project,” said Hassan. “Diyàr is designed around wellness, longevity, and balance. It’s where architecture, nature, and science meet to create a healthier way of life.”
