The much-anticipated Rs. 200 Prize Bond Draw took place today at the National Savings Centre in Sialkot, drawing the attention of numerous bondholders eager to see if they had secured a prize.
The highlight of the draw was the first prize of Rs. 750,000, which was awarded to the lucky winner holding the bond number 746219. In addition to the first prize, five individuals were each awarded the second prize, which was valued at Rs. 250,000. The winning numbers for the second prize were 108108, 310560, 723668, 892569, and 937806.
The third prize, worth Rs. 1,250, was distributed among several winners, ensuring that a large number of bondholders walked away with cash prizes.
Prize bonds continue to be a popular form of investment in Pakistan, providing a safe option for those looking to grow their savings without risking their principal.
Despite the low odds of winning, the large cash prizes keep attracting a broad audience. The draws are organized by the National Savings Division, which operates under the central bank of Pakistan, ensuring fairness and transparency in the entire process.
This draw was just one part of the series of prize bond events held across the country.
Earlier, on December 10, the Rs. 40,000 Prize Bond Draw (Draw No. 31) took place in Muzaffarabad, offering impressive prizes.
