Upon the directive of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, a mobile van hospital has been dispatched from Lahore to Peshawar to offer complimentary medical examinations and distribute medicines in flood-stricken regions.

Mayor of Peshawar, Zubair Ali, has confirmed that this mobile van hospital will tour all flood-affected zones in Peshawar over a two-day period, ensuring optimal patient care along with the dispensation of free medications.

On its inaugural day, the mobile van hospital conducted medical assessments for 600 to 800 individuals in the flood-hit area of Isa Khel, extending free pharmaceutical support at Dr. Masood Gul's Hujra.

It's noteworthy that Punjab's Health Minister, Khawaja Imran Nazir, responded to Mayor Peshawar's appeal by delivering six truckloads of food aid to City Metropolitan Council Hall, pledging the deployment of a mobile van hospital to aid the affected populace.
