From fields to fame, the success story of ‘Zainab ke papa’

Internet sensation ‘Arshad Reels' recently shared his journey to becoming a social media influencer on a podcast.

Muhammad Arshad is a content creator who is known for creating content with his entire family which consists of his wife and his three children- Zainab, Muhammad, and Dua. The couple is better known as "Zainab ke papa" and "Zainab ke mummy."

Arshad hailed from a small area in Sialkot, Punjab, where he resides in the fields. He used to create videos with his family and upload them on YouTube from which he earns a substantial income.

Arshad revealed, "I used to work as a contractor in a factory in Sialkot and was advised to make videos by my younger brother Majid. After creating a YouTube channel, Arshad Reels, in July 2022, it gained over 5 million subscribers up till now.”

He discussed his past journey by saying, “I was Initially passionate about singing so I learned to play the harmonium as well, but as soon as my brother showed me a religious video I shifted to creating religious videos with my family.”

Arshad focuses on content creation and avoids reading comments because he believes that it brings unnecessary tension.

About his 2-year-old daughter Dua's voice, he revealed that “Dua is a bit clingy and she plays while making videos so her voice is recorded and edited separately upon which she only lip syncs.”

When asked about his camera angling skills, Arshad credits his keen observational eye from his time in the film and showbiz industry.

Using an iPhone X, he shoots, edits with CapCut (video editing app), records voiceovers, and uploads videos with the same device, and his creation is managed by his brother Majid.

Unfazed by comments on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, Arshad, along with his family, records videos, and this is now his lucrative full-time occupation, he says.
