Ayeza Khan reveals she used to get pocket money from her father-in-law

Pakistani actress Ayeza Khan shared a heartwarming revelation about her early days after marrying Danish Taimoor.

During a Ramadan transmission hosted by her husband, Ayeza disclosed that she used to receive pocket money from her father-in-law before she started working.

"I used to get pocket money from my father-in-law till I started working," Ayeza said with a smile.

Adding to the conversation, Danish Taimoor mentioned that he hands over all his earnings to his father as a gesture of respect and to make him feel good.

The candid revelation has won the hearts of fans, showcasing the strong family values and close bond within the couple’s household.

Earlier, Taimoor found himself at the center of criticism over his remarks on polygamy during his Ramadan show.

Though he dismissed any possibility of marrying again, his condescending attitude while addressing the topic in front of his wife, Ayeza Khan, did not sit well with many social media users.

Several people criticised him for making an unnecessary public spectacle on TV and bragging to his wife that religion grants him the right to marry more than once. Taimoor, however, made it clear that his love and respect for Ayeza were the reasons he would not pursue a second marriage.

“I want to say this in front of her and everyone that I am permitted to marry four wives, though I am not doing it. This permission is given to me by Allah, and no one can take this right away from me,” he stated while Ayeza and host Rabia Anum listened in silence.

“However, it is only due to my love and respect for her that, for now, I only want to spend my life with her,” he added.
