Senior Pakistani actor Behroze Sabzwari landed in hot waters after he "proudly confessed" that he had a habit of consuming alcohol.
The Chand Tara actor was invited as a guest on the FHM podcast, where he discussed his drama career, his family, his personal life, and his relationship with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and actor Javaid Sheikh.
During the interview, Sabzwari several times mentioned his anecdotes which include alcohol and wine.
In response to one question, Sabzwari said that he, along with his friends, was trying to tell Javed Sheikh about his love-corner for his sister, Safeena Sheikh.

"I tell you the truth. We were having wine at that time so I stopped my friends from discussing it," he added.
Giving shock to many Imran Khan supporters, Sabzwari revealed that the veteran politician was used to consuming alcohol, however, he refuted the claims that the PTI founder was addicted to taking cocaine.

"I've drunk alcohol with him many times, he never took drink more than one glass," the drama star said.
When asked about his friendship with Javed Sheikh, he said that they have been befriended for almost 50 years and they have enjoyed a very good time together.
At this, the anchor asked him about attending parties together, Sabzwari proudly confessed that they had organised many parties.
However, his interview has raised questions about the responsibility of public figures in shaping societal attitudes towards alcohol consumption.
Several social media users have condemned his promotion of alcohol, highlighting the potential negative impact on Pakistani society.
Update: The podcast has been deleted from FHM's official YouTube account.
