Gohar Rasheed sparks marriage speculations with Kubra Khan

Renowned actor Gohar Rasheed appeared to be hinting at something big as he recently shared a cryptic video on social media, sparking speculation about a significant new chapter in his life in 2025.

Rasheed shared a video on his Instagram with the caption Bismillah 2025, giving a heads-up that something big is brewing. 

Last year, Rasheed revealed he was in a romantic relationship but, being an actor known for keeping his personal and professional life separate, he refrained from disclosing the identity of his partner, with whom he expressed intentions to marry.

However, recent reports speculated that his post hinted at preparations for his wedding to one of Pakistan’s top actresses, Kubra Khan.

The reports cited a source, saying that preparations for the wedding were continuing in Karachi, and seemingly great fanfare was expected at the event, for which the actors had had some dance practice on Monday.

As per reports, the wedding arrangements are underway in Karachi, with expectations of a grand celebration. It has also been reported that the actors participated in a dance practice session earlier this week, adding fue to the rumors. 

Kubra Khan and Gohar Rasheed have shared a close friendship for over eight years, often praised for their camaraderie. Fans are now speculating that this bond might soon blosson into a lifelong relationship.

Earlier, when Gohar Rasheed was asked about Kubra, he addressed the rumours there was nothing romantic between them. "Kubra is like family to me; not every close relationship leads to marriage," he clarified during various interviews.

"Kubra is like family to me; not every close relationship leads to marriage,” he said, adding that they share mutual respect and marriage has never been something either of them has considered.
