Renowned actors Mahira Khan and Mawra Hocane expressed their shock and sorrow at the news of an Israeli airstrike on a makeshift camp in Rafah, which burned alive over 30 people, including children who were decapitated.
Mahira Khan, a vocal supporter of Palestine, took to her Instagram story to share a horrifying video of a man holding the headless, burned body of a child. She expressed deep anguish over the ordeal Palestinians are currently suffering.
“How can this be the world we live in?” her post read.
Mawra Hocane was also appalled by the ruthless Israeli attack on the tents sheltering several Palestinians, which left dozens injured in addition to the horrific deaths.
“We share this world with people that behead children, burn children, bomb communities, men [and] women alike and then call it war. We live in the worst of times. There is nothing in the world anymore,” she poured out her sorrow in a post on ‘X’.

We live in the worst of times...
There's nothing in the world anymore..
We'll never ever have a guiltless life.. we'll never have the same world.. it's…
Mawra stated that witnessing the horrific scenes in Gaza has left everyone with a profound sense of guilt, making it impossible to return to normalcy.
“We will never lead guiltless lives again. We will never have the same world. It's all over for everyone. We just have to continue breathing in this soulless place because we have no choice,” she added.
