Mahira Khan announces break from films

Renowned actress Mahira Khan has revealed that she is taking a break from films for the time being.

She made the announcement while speaking at the trailer launch of her upcoming film.

Sharing her future plans, Mahira said she has decided not to sign any films at present.

She explained that she is currently working on a television serial and does not wish to take on two major projects simultaneously.

“I’m taking a short break,” she said, adding that she would only consider returning to cinema if an exceptional project comes her way.

Leaving her sentence unfinished, the actress hinted that she intends to be far more selective moving forward, choosing her projects with great care.
