Actress Javeria Saud has admitted that after marrying Saud, she realized how the presence of a man can make a woman stronger and provide her with a sense of protection.

Javeria Saud recently appeared on the comedy show “Mazaaq Raat”, where she spoke candidly on various personal and social topics.

During the conversation, she said that love can happen more than once and that women too are capable of falling in love multiple times. According to her, in Pakistani society, it is often believed that only men fall in love repeatedly, but this is not true.

She explained that women usually lack the courage to love again, whereas men sometimes end long marriages—even after 30 years—for the sake of a new love.

Javeria remarked that people who repeatedly fall in love not only end their marriages but also abandon their children, and such individuals ultimately “belong to no one.”

In response to another question, she said she believes one-sided love eats a person from within “like termites.”

Speaking about her career, Javeria shared that she had quit showbiz even before her marriage, which was completely arranged.

She said that while working at Pakistan Television (PTV), the environment was positive, but after the rise of private TV channels, the showbiz atmosphere deteriorated, prompting her to step away from acting.

She revealed that she had witnessed inappropriate behavior toward women in the industry and had personally experienced unpleasant incidents, which led her to leave showbiz.

Javeria added that in her household, no man ever used abusive language against women, but in the entertainment industry, she saw influential figures verbally abusing women, which deeply disturbed her and strengthened her decision to quit acting.

According to her, four years after leaving showbiz, she married Saud, who later launched his own production house and began producing dramas, planning for her to work in them.
