YouTuber Rajab Butt granted relief in betting app case

A sessions court in Lahore has confirmed the interim bail of prominent YouTuber Rajab Butt in a case related to the alleged illegal promotion of an online gambling application, while extending the interim bail of co-accused Nadeem Naniwala.

According to details, the court heard proceedings related to the alleged advertisement and promotion of a betting application involving Rajab Butt, Nadeem Naniwala and other suspects.

Following arguments from both sides, the court approved and confirmed Rajab Butt’s interim bail.

Meanwhile, the court extended the interim bail of Nadeem Naniwala until 2 June.

The court also directed Nadeem Naniwala’s legal counsel to complete their arguments at the next hearing.
