“There were no instructions or guidance for people on ground:” Aleema Khan

Former Prime Minister Imran Khan's sister, Aleema Khan questioned the sudden shutdown of the light and sound systems on Bushra Bibi and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur’s container in Islamabad.
She stated that the move caused panic among protesters due to the complete darkness in the area.
Taking to X, Aleema Khan asked, “Why was the sound and light on the container shut off in the early evening?”
She explained that “as a result, in total darkness, there were no instructions or any guidance available for the people on the ground. ”
“We pleaded all evening for the light and sound to be turned back on, but there was no response from the people in charge,” Aleema Khan added.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) called off its protest at Islamabad’s D Chowk, following a large-scale midnight operation by law enforcement authorities against individuals deemed to be causing unrest in the capital.
As per sources, as police operations intensified in Islamabad’s Blue Area, Bushra Bibi and Ali Amin Gandapur were seen fleeing the D-Chowk area in the same vehicle.
As leadership fled, protesters also abandoned their positions, leaving vehicles behind as they moved toward residential areas.
Former prime minister Imran Khan's wife Bushra Bibi, and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur reached KP Assembly Speaker’s residence, hours after their whereabouts had remained unknown.
Earlrie reports emerged that the former Prime Minister Imran Khan's spouse Bushra Bibi, and Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Ali Amin Gandapur will hold an important press conference at the Insaf Secretariat in Mansehra today (Wednesday) at 11 am.
