9+ militants killed in Balochistan operations

Security forces have killed more than nine militants in intelligence-based operations across Ziarat, Harnai and Surab districts of Balochistan.

The operations were conducted under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna-3. According to the sources, eight militants were killed after security forces targeted a suspected hideout in the mountainous area between Ziarat and Harnai. 

In a separate operation in Hajika village, Surab district, security forces killed another militant after tracking the movement of suspected militants and establishing a cordon between Dasht Kitai and Hajika.

The latest action comes amid an intensified security campaign in Balochistan. Security forces have carried out a series of intelligence-based operations across the province in recent weeks, targeting militant networks.
