Abandoned newborn girl adopted by policeman in Islamabad

In a heart-wrenching incident, a newborn baby girl was discovered wrapped in a towel inside a shopping bag in Islamabad.

According to the details, the abandoned baby was found in a garbage dump in Chatta Bakhtawar area in the federal capital.

The infant was spotted by a policeman stationed to perform his duties in the area.

Later, the cop, named Asif Khan, adopted the baby girl and gave her a new home to live in peace.

She was taken to a government hospital where doctors examined her and provided her with aid. 

The newborn was taken home later by the same police constable that found her.
