Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan's lawyer, Intezar Panjutha, claimed that authorities have seized control of Imran Khan's Bani Gala House, dismissed house servants and staff, while Bushra Bibi is reportedly confined to a room with restrictions on movement.

In an interview, Imran Khan's counsel disclosed that the authorities “have taken full possession of Bani Gala,  removing all belongings and terminating domestic staff.”

Moreover, he alleged that Bushra Bibi is restricted from leaving her room, with no permission to open windows.

Intezar Panjutha clarified that neither Imran Khan nor Bushra Bibi requested house arrest at Bani Gala.

"They have occupied our house, clearing it completely," he stated.

Khan’s lawyer furthered on, “They took over the house without any legal justification.”

He expressed concern that transferring Bushra Bibi to house arrest in Bani Gala might create an impression of special treatment.

“Had we been afforded special treatment, we would not have been deprived of fair trial,” he maintained.

He suggested it might also be a part of a London plan.

Former Prime Minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, were sentenced to 14 years in rigorous prison in the Toshakhana case on Wednesday.

Following the accountability court's judgment in the Tosha Khana case on Wednesday, Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi voluntarily surrendered herself before the authorities.

Judge Mohammad Bashir of the Accountability Court delivered the judgment and announced the 14-year sentence for both Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana case.

The Accountability Court disqualified Imran Khan from holding any public office for 10 years and imposed a fine of Rs1.573 billion on him and Bushra Bibi.
