Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has firmly stated that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership remains united, vowing to thwart all efforts aimed at creating divisions within the party.
Speaking at a press conference following PTI’s joint parliamentary party meeting, Gandapur said that PTI founder Imran Khan has given the nation a unified ideology and vision. He stressed that opposition forces had miscalculated in thinking they could sow fear and discord within PTI ranks. "The entire party is united for Imran Khan's release," he added.
The Chief Minister also challenged opposition forces attempting to destabilize PTI governments, particularly in Balochistan. He declared, "If the opposition succeeds in toppling the PTI government in KP, I will quit politics."
Highlighting achievements in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gandapur stated that the province increased its budget surplus by Rs250 billion in just 15 months. He said the PTI government promptly restored the health card program and presented a tax-free budget this year.
Touching on national security, Gandapur claimed that during PTI’s tenure, there were no drone attacks or significant unrest. He lamented the current erosion of public trust in security institutions and urged the federal government to engage in dialogue with Afghanistan.
Gandapur also revealed that he had repeatedly been pressured to issue statements against Imran Khan but consistently refused.

PTI Secretary General Salman Akram Raja criticized the state of governance in Pakistan, stating, "The country is being looted, and no one is addressing the real issues facing the public." He emphasized that PTI is waging a fight for the rule of law—one that, he said, the people and PTI will win.
PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan reiterated that Imran Khan has always advocated for meaningful dialogue. He clarified that any negotiations would proceed only under the founder's guidance. "PTI leaders were elected with Imran Khan’s vote. Today’s meeting was meant to demonstrate our unity," Gohar said.
He further asserted that the KP government would be defended at all costs. “Those plotting a no-confidence motion lack the numbers. PTI’s government stands firm and will continue. If there are to be talks, they must be backed by genuine intent,” he concluded.
