KARACHI: Former Member of the Sindh Assembly, Dua Bhutto has filed a second petition seeking divorce from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Sindh President Haleem Adil Sheikh.

Dua, the former actor, moved the family court to seek divorce accusing Sheikh of not providing expenses for her and her son.

She had demanded Rs700,000 per month under the head of expenses and Rs200,000 per month separately for rent and other household expenses.

In 2022, a divorce case was filed in the Malir court. Subsequently, Haleem Adil Sheikh claimed that he had not received the notice and stated that he would respond once he receive it.

PTI leader, Haleem Adil Sheik tied the knot with Tahira Dua Bhutto in 2018, whereas, she declared her marriage in September 2021 by sharing pictures with her son on social media.

Tahira Dua Bhutto is the second wife of Sheikh and they have a son named Kamil Haleem Sheikh.
