Laiba remained on the rooftop for three hours without anyone noticing, while those celebrating the wedding left the premises.
It was not until 12:30 am that her family members went to the rooftop to call her for dinner and found her unconscious. She was rushed to the hospital, where doctors confirmed her death a few hours later.
The report indicated that she was struck in the front of her head with the bullet exiting from the back, causing severe damage to her brain.
The deceased's family requested that the media refrain from covering the incident. The police subsequently handed over the body to the family after completing legal formalities.
