Indian national arrested for crossing into Pakistan’s Kasur

An Indian national has been arrested in Kasur district for allegedly violating Pakistan’s territorial boundaries. The man was detained by Rangers and later handed over to the police for further legal action.
The arrest took place in the Sehjra area, which falls under the jurisdiction of Ganda Singh police station.
Officials said the individual was taken into custody after entering Pakistani territory illegally.
Authorities identified the arrested man as Shardeep Singh, a resident of Shahkot tehsil in Jalandhar district, India.
Rangers acted swiftly after detecting the border violation and placed him under custody.
The suspect was later handed over to Ganda Singh police for further investigation. Police officials said inquiries into the incident are currently underway.
