Man killed, teenager injured after crane hits motorcycle in Karachi

A traffic accident near Dua Hotel on Mauripur Road in Karachi claimed the life of a young motorcyclist and left a teenage boy injured.

According to the police, a crane collided with a motorcycle, resulting in the death of 22-year-old Moiz. His body was shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for legal formalities. The injured teenager, identified as 15-year-old Rahim, is receiving medical treatment.

Police officials said they reached the scene immediately after receiving information about the accident and took the crane driver, Asif, into custody. The vehicle was also seized and shifted to Kalri police station.

Authorities said further investigations are underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
