Over 7 million pilgrims pay respect at Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH) in first Ashra of Ramadan

Almost 10 million Umrah pilgrims and worshippers visited the Holy Prophet's Mosque, Masjid-e-Nabawi (PBUH), in Madina al-Munawara during the first days of Ramadan, Arab media reported on Monday.
The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque said that almost 9,818,474 worshipers and visitors flocked to the Prophet's Mosque in the first Ashra of the fasting month.
As many as 739,702 pilgrims paid respect at Roza-e-Rasool (PBUH), it added.
"The mosque provided high-quality services to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all," the authority said in a statement.
Over 26,000 elderly people and individuals with disabilities benefited from the services provided by the Saudi authorities.
195,800 bottles of Zamzam were distributed among the visitors at the holy mosque and around 298,530 iftar meals were distributed to the pilgrims during the first ten days of the sacred month.
