Pakistan’s cyber attack: India's defence, military websites hacked

Pakistani Cyber Attack Team launched a successful cyber attack on websites of defence, military and government departments of india.
Targets of the Pakistani cyberattack reportedly included the websites of Indian Assam Rifles, the Department of Atomic Energy’s (DAE) online portal, and the website of Department of Defence Production.
Highly sensitive data from the Indian Defence Production website has allegedly been leaked and is now being offered for sale on the dark web, raising serious security concerns within Indian defense circles.
In the Pakistani cyber attack, several Indian websites were compromised, including the official website of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Notably, the att@ck targeted the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (MSETCL), disrupting both domestic and commercial power supply across the state and causing a complete blackout.
Other websites included the Crime Research Investigation Agency of India, Mahanagar Telecommunication Company Limited, Bharat Earth Movers Limited, All India Naval Technical Supervisory Staff Association.
Other hacked websites include Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Border Security Forces and data from the Unique Identification Authority of India has been leaked.
