Awami Muslim League Chief Sheikh Rasheed referred to the Pakistan vs. India match in New York as the "real final."
In an interview with SAMAA TV, he urged the national team to set aside any pressure and concentrate on their performance against India.
The former federal minister remarked that the green shirts had a disappointing match against America, but he remains optimistic about Pakistan's chances against India. He recognized the national team's tough start to the tournament but stressed the significance of today's match, expressing strong faith in captain Babar Azam's abilities.
"Our final is today. Our players should shed any pressure and play with confidence,” he stated. He added, "I pray for Pakistan's victory in today's match. If Babar Azam performs well, I am hopeful we will win."
