PTI's Raoof Hasan injured in 'targeted attack' in Islamabad

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) information secretary Raoof Hasan was wounded in a suspected targeted attack in Islamabad on Monday.

According to details, the incident took place when four unknown men tried to abduct the PTI leader in the G7 area of the federal capital.

Upon showing resistance, the suspects attacked the politician, in which the latter got injured.

In a video shared by PTI's official account, the party leader could be seen covering his face with a white cloth to stop the blood.

Police said the suspects attacked Hasan when he left the office of a private news channel after concluding his interview.

However, no further details were provided by PTI yet.
