Amidst the ongoing summer season in the South Asian country, the Pakistan Meteorologist Department (PMD) has predicted heat-scorching weather in Sindh for the next three days.

A weather advisory issued by Met Office stated, “Weather is likely to become hotter in day-time with maximum temperature ranging 45 degrees to 47 degrees Celcius."

Several districts, including Hyderabad, Sukkur, Thatta, Mohenjo Daro, Dado, Mithi, and Nawab Shah expected to experience the hottest weather for three days. 

However, isolated dust-thunderstorms and rain are likely in Tharparker, Umerkot, Badin, and Thatta. 

The PMD also predicted hot weather in Karachi for the next three days. The mercury would go up to 37- 39 degrees Celsius during the period. 

Moreover, hot winds blowing in the metropolitan are expected to end in the evening after the restoration of the sea breeze.

Apart from this, several parts of Punjab, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa are likely to experience thunderstorms and rain in the evening, while Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and Islamabad will witness dry and hot weather.
