TikToker arrested for using fake number plate 'IK-804'

Lahore police on Tuesday arrested popular TikToker Nadeem Naniwala for installing a fake number plate on his Audi car.

According to SHO Defence Lahore, Nadeem Mubarak, also known as Nadeem Naniwala, had affixed a fake number plate "IK-804" on his vehicle.

The plate was discovered to be fake during a routine check near the main boulevard of Defence.

The suspect was arrested on the spot, and his vehicle was seized by the law enforcers police. 

A case was registered against Nadeem Naniwala for using fake registration plate.

Notably, the alphabets "IK" on the fake number plate are believed to represent Imran Khan.

The number "804" refers to the lockup number where the former prime minister is currently incarcerated at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi.

Earlier this month, social media pages reported that the TikToker had purchased a special number plate for Rs20 million in honour of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder.
