A key witness in the Mustafa Amir murder case, who is also an employee of the prime suspect, identified Armaghan and Shiraz in court for their involvement in the heinous crime.
The Judicial Magistrate South heard the case pertaining to the killing and burning of 23-year-old Mustafa Amir. During the proceedings, Armaghan's employee, Ghulam Mustafa, was produced in court, and his statement was recorded.
Ghulam Mustafa testified that on January 6, a boy arrived at Armaghan's house at 9:00 pm. He opened the door for the visitor, who was wearing a t-shirt, trousers, and a jacket, but his face was not visible.

The employee told the court, "About an hour later, we heard sounds of swearing, followed by two or three gunshots. My colleague and I came out of our room. I went back to my room and tried to sleep, but I couldn't. I prayed Fajr and then woke up again at 1:30 pm."
He added, "Armaghan and his friend were present in the home at that time. We were restricted from going upstairs and Armaghan would call us if he needed anything."
A few days later, when the police raided the bungalow, Ghulam Mustafa and his colleague were in their room. However, upon hearing the sound of gunshots, they fled and hid. On Ferbaury 10, when they went back to the bunglow to coolect their belongings, they were apprehended by the police.

Ghulam Mustafa stated that he had told the truth to the police. They were taken to the bungalow, where they pointed out bloodstains. The police then took them to the police station, recorded their mobile numbers, and released them.
However, the police later called them in for further questioning.
During the court proceedings, the judge asked Ghulam Mustafa, "Are the accused present in court?" Ghulam Mustafa identified Armaghan and Shiraz as the accused.
