In a move to revolutionise education in Pakistan, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed the authorities to develop an "online education portal" for students across the country.
According to reports, the portal will provide access to educational resources and a virtual learning environment, aiming to enhance the educational experience for students nationwide.
The Ministry of IT and Telecom and the Federal Ministry of Education will collaborate to develop the portal, which is expected to be completed within a month.
The IT ministry has officially notified the education department about the project to ensure its successful launch in the time frame given by the premier.
This initiative is expected to increase access to quality education, especially for students in remote and underserved areas.
