In yet another incident of street crime in Karachi, a young boy was killed by armed dacoits for resisting robbery in the metropolis.

According to the details, the distressing incident took place in Block 7, Gulshan-e-Iqbal area of the port city on Saturday.

The CCTV footage of the incident also emerged, in which two robbers on a motorbike were seen intercepting and trying to snatch the victim, identified as Irtiqa Nadeem.

TRIGGER WARNING:

After killing the victim, the robber easily fled the scene with Irtiqa's bike.

The rampant street crimes have instilled fear and a sense of insecurity among the citizens as ruthless robbers have been freely roaming the city, looting people and killing them over the slightest hint of resistance with impunity.

According to the report published by the Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC), a total of 5,789 cases of robbery were reported in the metropolis in April.

In the first four months of the ongoing year, almost 61 people were killed by dacoits for showing resistance during the robbery incidents in Karachi.
