Govt may shift Imran Khan from Adiala Jail amid ongoing security concerns

Last night, the situation outside Adiala Jail escalated as authorities used water cannons to disperse PTI protesters, causing Imran Khan’s sister to slip during the chaos. Officials now believe the situation has become difficult to control.

According to media reports, the federal government alleges that PTI supporters are attempting to create instability in the country and are repeatedly violating laws. 

Prime Minister’s Coordinator Ikhtiyar Wali stated that PTI is actively pushing for Imran Khan’s transfer from Adiala Jail, and the government is now seriously considering the possibility.

Imran Khan’s sisters staged a sit-in outside the jail after being denied a meeting with him. Police resorted to water cannons to clear the crowd, while PTI workers allegedly retaliated by throwing stones at the officers.
