The Karachi Police on Friday announced that anyone who assisted them in providing valuable information to help bring the Metroville incident killers, who shot dead two citizens and robbed over Rs10 million, to justice would be rewarded with a cash prize of Rs2.5 million.

The reward was announced by Deputy Inspector General (DIG) South Zone Syed Asad Raza.

Talking to the media, the high police official said that the name of the informer would be kept in secrecy.

On April 8, two men were shot dead by bandits in the Metroville area of the metropolis. The robbers also took away around Rs10.35 million from the victims.

Later, the photos of the alleged suspects involved in the heinous crime also surfaced on social media.
