A student from a private school in Lahore’s Johar Town was allegedly subjected to severe torture while observing a fast and was forced to hold his breath, according to a police report.
The incident prompted the victim’s family to file a complaint against six students and the school administration.
Police confirmed that a First Information Report (FIR) was registered, naming students including Subhan, Moeez, and Naufal as key suspects in the alleged assault.
In the FIR, the student’s father said that his son fainted from suffocation due to being forced to hold his breath during the fast.

He further alleged that one of the accused, Moeez, violently pushed his son to the ground, causing injuries to his jaw and breaking a tooth.
The father stated that after the incident, the school administration and the accused students tried to pressure him into settling the matter privately.
Despite the alleged intimidation, he took his son for medical treatment and refused to accept any forced reconciliation.
The school’s managing director and principal have also been named in the FIR for allegedly attempting to influence the case and shield the accused.
