In a tragic incident, a nephew killed his uncle for breaking the motorcycle headlight in the Zahidpur village of Narowal.

According to the details, the nephew became enraged after the motorcycle light was broken and violently pushed his uncle against a wall of his house.

The uncle died on the spot after hitting the wall, while the accused nephew managed to flee from the scene.

Police registered a case on the complaint of the deceased’s wife and launched a search operation to arrest the culprit.

The widow told the Narowal police that after the motorcycle light broke, the accused’s mother and sisters started abusing her husband.

When her husband asked them to stop, the accused pushed him forcefully against a wall, leading to his instant death.

It is pertinent to mention here that a similar incident occurred last year on December 13, 2024, when a man gunned down his uncle in Safiyan Town under the jurisdiction of Ghulam Mohammadabad Police Station in Faisalabad.

In that incident, Shahzad Jawwad, a peanut vendor at Club Chowk, was picked up by his nephew, Safiyan, who brought him to his house and opened fire, killing him instantly.

The accused fled after the crime, and the police launched a hunt to arrest him.
