A laborer in Sialkot's Chhanni Gondal area was expelled from the village, along with his family, by a local panchayat for filing a police complaint against a feudal lord.

According to the police, the victim had reported to them that a feudal lord’s horse had entered his fields.

Following this, the local panchayat (council of elders) ordered the eviction of the laborer, his wife, three daughters, and two sons from the area.

The feudal lord, identified as Chaudhry Zulfiqar, verbally abused the laborer and convened a panchayat, which ruled to evict Muhammad Parvez, along with his wife and children.

The accused also locked the laborer's house and threatened to kill him if he did not leave the village within three hours.

The police registered a first information report (FIR) on the laborer's complaint and arrested the main accused, Chaudhry Zulfiqar.

Local police also escorted the displaced family back to their home under their supervision.
