Video of cops raping a woman was sent to my mother to believe its me, reveals Tayyaba Raja

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker Tayyaba Raja, who is recently released from jail, revealed a video of policemen raping a woman was sent to her mother from an unknown number to believe it was of her (Tayyaba).

Tayyaba remained in jail for 9 months in the May 9 riots cases. 

Raja made this revelation in an online message. She said a video was sent to her mother late at night, showing policemen raping a woman to make her believe it was her.

PTI activist Tayyaba Raja, got bail from the LHC, last month and reached home after spending nine months in captivity.

She was arrested in the Jinnah House arson case attack in Lahore and was put in Kot Lakhpat jail along with other jailed PTI leaders and activists.

Ms Raja was released by the two-member bench of Lahore High Court.
