Woman dies after doctors 'forget scissors' in abdomen in Faisalabad

A 20-year-old woman has tragically died in a government hospital in Faisalabad, sparking allegations of medical negligence.

According to her family, the woman, identified as Ushna, underwent surgery five months ago.
