Woman guns husband down in Karachi

A domestic dispute ended in tragedy when a woman fatally shot her husband in Karachi.

The victim, 40-year-old Abdul Ghaffar, was killed by his wife, Samina, inside their home in Feroz Colony, Nazimabad 2.

The body was transported to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal procedures.

SHO Abid Shah from Rizviya Society Police Station confirmed that initial investigations revealed Abdul Ghaffar, who was reportedly a drug addict, often engaged in arguments with his wife and subjected her to physical abuse.

During a heated argument on Monday, Samina shot her husband and fled the scene.

Authorities are actively searching for Samina, who used her brother's 9mm pistol, reportedly belonging to a security guard.

Abdul Ghaffar, a father of three daughters, leaves behind a family torn by this tragic incident.

The police continue to investigate the case and are working to apprehend the suspect soon.
