Woman raped, filmed by policeman in Bahawalnagar

In another incident of sexual abuse, a woman was subjected to rape by a police officer, who also filmed the distressing event, in Bahawalnagar city of Punjab.

Bahawalnagar police arrested the alleged rapist, constable Naseer, after the victim filed an FIR against him under Sections 336, 337, 356b, 506 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).

The victim told police that the constable had called her to an unknown place on the pretext of giving her a job then Naseer, along with his friend, raped her and made videos of the episode.

According to the victim, Nasser is her close relative, who threatened to make the video of the said incident viral if the survivor tells about the harrowing incident to anyone.

DPO Bahawalnagar Naseebullah Khan said that the alleged rapist would be punished according to law and speedy justice would be served to the victim.
