Bangladesh national cricket team defeated Pakistan national cricket team by 78 runs in the second Test at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday to complete a 2-0 series sweep.
Chasing a target of 437 runs, Pakistan were bowled out for 358 on the fifth day despite resistance from Mohammad Rizwan and Salman Ali Agha.
Resuming play after a brief rain interruption, Rizwan and Sajid Khan added quick runs in a crucial partnership that took Pakistan beyond the 350-run mark. Sajid scored 28 before being dismissed by Taijul Islam, who later removed Rizwan for 94 after a fighting knock that included 10 boundaries.

Salman also contributed 71 runs in a 134-run stand with Rizwan, but Pakistan lost momentum after his dismissal.
