Pakistan cricket team skipper Mohammad Rizwan donated his jersey and wicket-keeping gloves to the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) Museum.
The museum management expressed gratitude to Rizwan for his contribution, which will serve as a memorable addition to their collection.
This follows a similar gesture by batter and former captain Babar Azam, who earlier donated the bat he used in the 2022 T20 World Cup final to the Melbourne Cricket Ground's Long Room display.
The second match of the three-match T20 series between Pakistan and Australia was held at the SCG on Saturday, where Pakistan suffered a defeat.
The final match of the series is scheduled to take place today in Hobart.
Captain Mohammad Rizwan has been rested for the final game. Salman Ali Agha will lead the Green Shirts in his absence, while Haseebullah will take over wicket-keeping duties.
Pakistan’s playing XI for the final match includes Salman Ali Agha (captain), Sahibzada Farhan, Babar Azam, Haseebullah, Usman Khan, Muhammad Irfan, Abbas Afridi, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Jahandad Khan, Haris Rauf, and Sufian Moqim.
Australia secured a 13-run victory in the second T20, taking an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series. The final match will begin today (Monday) at 1 pm PKT.
