Shamar Joseph's heroic performance secured a significant victory for West Indies in the second Test against Australia on Sunday.
Shamar, who got injured after being hit by Starc's fierce yorker, joined the field on Sunday and took seven wickets to ensure Windies victory.
The team hadn't defeated the mighty Aussies on their home ground since 1997, a period predating Joseph's birth by two years.
Despite being in just his second Test and dealing with a toe injury, the 24-year-old defied nearly three decades of history to etch his name into the cricketing record books.
The WI pacer took back-to-back wickets of Cameron Green and Head to bring his side back in the hunt in Brisbane Test.
Shamar Joseph became an overnight sensation on his Test debut when he claimed Steven Smith with his first ball in Adelaide and went on to finish with 5 for 94.
He also impressed with the bat at No. 11, making 36 in his first innings.
